Words cannot express how amazing our experience was with Tailor Made Custom Homes. Unfortunately, our home endured a lightning strike which led to a fire and major water damage. The situation was devastating but the collaboration with Chad Setters at TMCH made a difficult time much easier. Chad’s attention to detail is outstanding and he produces exceptional results. He is professional, proactive, and he goes above and beyond to provide his clients with continuous updates. Chad is perfectionist and he makes sure that every aspect of job is carried out to the highest standards. He is a man of his word…when he says that he will do something, consider it done. When the rebuilding of our home was completed, the results were beyond our expectations. Our home looks better than it did prior to the fire. The custom work from Chad and his crew has taken our home to another level. I have built five homes in my lifetime, and the experience with Tailor Made Custom Homes and Chad Setters was by far the BEST! 5 out of 5 starsMy project manager, Chad Setters, did a great job with my project. We added an ADU above an existing garage, which posed many challenges. Chad was very attentive throughout the process and the result is a beautifully constructed dwelling. Although our project was small, I feel like we got first-class treatment. I highly recommend him to tackle virtually any construction job regardless of size or complexity.

I looked around for quite a while for a builder that would build the home that I wanted instead of a plan out of a book. There are a number of selections and decisions that needed to be made for a custom home but with Larry’s help it all went smooth. Tailor Made Custom Homes was there for each and every step of the process and made the building process as stress free as possible.

Larry's expertise helped greatly in decisions to be made on any changes I wanted. I used his expertise 3 years ago when upgrading my bathrooms. I would use Tailor Made Custom Homes again and again.

We used Tailor Made Custom Homes to renovate our main house. It was a huge undertaking, and it turned out exactly as we wanted. This is our forever home, and they did an awesome job. Now they are building a barndominium for us. We are in the middle of the project, but it’s going very well. A few things we were pleased with: -piers under the foundation -foam insulation blown in exterior walls and roof is very energy efficient -crown molding and trim -pays attention to detail We would highly recommend this builder and employ him again.

This is the 2nd house Larry Stone has built for us. He and his crew do an amazing job and they cut no corners. He built us a custom home and gave us exactly what we asked for. He really listens to his customers, always responds, and makes sure everything is finished meticulously. We were very impressed watching him and his subs (who are also wonderful to work with) throughout the entire process. He's a great problem solver and an amazing builder. If there was something I wanted that he could foresee was going to be a problem down the road, he would suggest other avenues. He takes extra steps to make sure everything is perfect.
